We hope you are happy with every item you purchase from Sunday Hug. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

 

Terms and conditions

All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the order. There is no additional fee for a return. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The shipping fee paid by the customer when placing an order will not be refunded because delivery has been completed by the courier. For defective products, we will make a full refund.

Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.

If you purchased from a third party and want to return or exchange the product, the customer must return the product to that store.

In the event an item is out of stock, Sunday Hug reserves the right to refund that item and ship the remainder of your order. If your entire order is out of stock, Sunday Hug reserves the right to cancel your order and refund you for all items that were not shipped.

 

No refunds will be made in the following cases:

  • Products in an unsellable condition
  • Contaminated products
  • Impurities like dusts found on the products
  • Worn, altered, or washed products
  • Missing components


The color of each product may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Please understand that this is not a valid reason for a free return.

Which courier should I use?
Customers are responsible for returning items to us. We recommend using a traceable, insured shipping method in case of delay or loss. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

The refund will be processed after your return passes inspection once arriving at our logistics center. Please allow up to five business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account. Refunds generally appear as credit amounts on the statement.
