Our primary courier is DHL Express, but the shipping courier may vary depending on each country and location for the swift and efficient delivery. It generally takes 2 to 5 business days to be delivered, but there can be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside of Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Sunday Hug has no control over these charges, nor can Sunday Hug predict what they may be.
